\u25a0 Shipping conditions:
Please allow at least 3+ days for handling standard cargo. We always try to complete contracts as quickly as possible (typically within hours, if not minutes), but may need to take full advantage of a contract\'s time constraints in order to maximize security and efficiency.

Collateral for any contract issued to us without prior negotiation is limited to 200m ISK. Otherwise, collaterals should never exceed 110% of the cargo\u2019s estimated value. For collaterals above 1.0b ISK, multiply listed ISK/jump by collateral (in billions, round up to a multiple of 0,1b). Collateral for deliveries to any privately owned structures must be set to 0 ISK (you will still be compensated at 110% est. cargo value in case of loss, and your cargo will be returned to you at the nearest station in case of unresolvable docking rights misconfiguration).

Always contact a representative before issuing Low-/Nullsec contracts to us. For security reasons, status inquiries on contracts in progress cannot be answered. If your delivery is overdue or otherwise delayed, you will be contacted by mail as soon as possible. We do not hire sub-contractors (but may use alts).
